These terms apply when you use DyeDem. By creating an account or booking through the site, you agree to them.

What DyeDem is

DyeDem is a place for tattoo artists to show their work and take bookings, and for everyone else to find them. Artists are independent: each booking is an agreement between you and the artist, and the artist is responsible for the tattoo itself, their studio and their hygiene.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a tattoo through DyeDem.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your email address up to date so booking messages reach you.

What you post

You keep the rights to the photos and words you post. You allow DyeDem to show them on the site and in links to it. Only post work you made or have permission to share, and photos of people only with their consent.

Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or misleading, and don't use DyeDem to send spam or to contact people outside a booking without their consent. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Bookings and payments

Bookings, deposits, rescheduling and refunds follow the Booking policy. Prices are set by each artist.

Our responsibility

We work to keep DyeDem available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be. As far as the law allows, DyeDem isn't responsible for the work an artist does or for disagreements between you and an artist; we will help where we can if you contact us.

Changes and contact
